It's, as you may have guessed, a Haunted House...but not just any haunted house - this Haunted House has 25 GIF animations. But don't worry, the link above takes you to a page where you can select the "Lite" version (only five animations) or go for the whole hog, and I do mean HOG. It's absolutely decadent in the file-size department, but Halloween just seemed to call for it. WARNING: You will need either Netscape 4+ or Internet Explorer 4+ to view it properly. Special thanks to Lisa Rowe of http://www.webvoodoo.com/ who put her magic touch to the piece with a great bit of JavaScripting that makes the whole thing work. I hope you enjoy it, I had a blast making it. WEBCARDS (Promotion) If you're looking for a way to promote your web site offline check out Webcards - these are nifty postcards (you know, cards you put a stamp on and send through the post office) made from a screenshot of your web site (or you can provide other artwork). Send the cards to existing customers to announce special deals at your web site, send them to potential customers to remind them what great stuff you offer, or send them to your family and friends to let them know just how very cool you have become. QUICKTIP PC users - are ya tired of switching to the flood fill paintcan to fill an area in Photoshop 5? To fill either an entire layer or a pre-selected area, press ALT-Backspace to fill with the current foreground color and CNTRL-Backspace to fill with the current background color.
